01. IGBT experimental graphitization furnace
Application: Sintering and hardening of carbon materials, sintering of carbon fiber rope, sintering and graphitization of carbon fiber filament and other materials that can be sintered in carbon environment. High heating efficiency, easy to operate, can be used in experiments, scientific research, teaching demonstration and other industries.

Purpose: Used for vacuum carbonization of high thermal conductivity materials (PI film).

Application: Used in carbon cloth, carbon fiber, silicon carbide ceramic fiber and other materials in the 2100-2800 ℃ high temperature continuous graphitization treatment.

Furnace temperature uniformity: medium frequency induction heating, heating fast, high efficiency, unique furnace design, greatly improving the furnace temperature uniformity;
