1. Whether all parts and components in the vacuum sintering furnace are complete and complete.

3. Check the wiring diagram, refer to the circuit diagram, connect the external main circuit and control circuit, and reliably ground to ensure that the wiring is correct.
4, check the electrical activity part of the activity freely, no adhesion phenomenon.
5. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 2 trillion ohms.
6. The valves of the vacuum furnace must be in the closed position.

10. When the plan is completed to connect the circulating cooling water of the equipment, it is recommended that the user add another spare water (tap water is available) at the main inlet and outlet pipes of the equipment to prevent circulating water failure, power failure and sealing ring combustion.
Special attention to the use of vacuum sintering furnace:
1. The mold is generally prepared by the user, so the mold material is basically high-purity graphite, and the pressure limit is 40MPa. It is recommended that the user use it below 30MPa. Calculate the area of the upper and lower punches of the die before pressurizing and convert it into pressure. The specific formula is as follows.
Allowable pressurization of the system (ton) = upper or lower punch area 30MPa
If you do not calculate in advance blind pressure on the mold, briquette, heating body, insulation screen and other graphite products damage, the company is not responsible.
2. The thermocouple is tungsten rhenium type, which will become brittle when used and cannot be contacted. Replace immediately when damaged. That model is W2.
3. Pay attention to the problem of circulating water insulation in winter, otherwise it is easy to cause water pipe rupture.
4. After use, the furnace body should be kept in vacuum, the insulation layer in the furnace is easy to be wet, and the vacuum should be kept fast next time.
5. The equipment is complex. It is recommended that special personnel be used and responsible. Strict pre-use training should be carried out for beginners. There are regulations on the use of equipment such as post-use inspection, operation and use records.
