Application：It is used in continuous graphitization of materials such as carbon cloth, carbon fiber and silicon carbide ceramic fiber under high temperature.

Characteristic：

●Furnace body temperature is even：Temperature rises rapidly and at high efficient and the even temperature is significantly improved with the heating of medium-frequency induction furnace thanks to its unique design of hearth.

●Double layer aluminum oxide block insulation is adopted for the first time in the world, maintaining low energy consumption and good stability, preventing carbon felt and coil being short-circuited.Insulation and fire retardant performance is good, heat loss low and equipment in good stability.

●Constant tension control system is used for carbon fiber and carbon felt automatically rolls up and down.

●All operation parameters, action and alarm are PLC controlled. Man-machine interface is available and digital flow is monitored.
