The furnaces of the series are made with mature structure with variety of models and configuration. They are commonly used for powder metallurgic sintering.

●Inflation Pressure≤0.1MPa(Absolute Pressure)

●High-temperature metal/graphite heating systems can be selected for the need of different materials. This is optional.

●Low pressure control device meets special atmosphere technical need, e.g., control of alloy element volatilization.

●High vacuum/medium vacuum configuration may be freely chosen depending on technical needs of materials.

●Changeover among entire process automatic control, automatic operation and manual operation is possible without interference. Vacuum, temperature and heating power is automatically recorded during operation and data is available for check-up from time to time during production. The equipment is controlled with the combination of touch panel and programmable controller, making operation easy and directly visible.

●Main elements of the control system are brand products, minimizing the rate of fault.

●Ultra-high temperature, pressure and water stop alarm is available for the control system, the system works depending on need and reduces damage to the equipment and safeguards personnel safety.

●Shimaden thermostat is used.
