Application：It is used in zirconia ceramic knife reactive sintering.

Characteristic：

●Resistor is used in the furnace for heating in which graphite tube heating unit has long service life with good heating effect.

●Special furnace tube structure and heater layout well distributes furnace temperature.

●Advanced insulation structure and materials enable good insulation and little heat accumulation in furnace tube.

●Touch panel operation is adopted for PLC central control, easy operation and high reliability.

●The equipment is highly safe thanks to ultra-temperature and or ultra-pressure fault alarm, automatic mechanical pressure protection and interlocking of action.

●Taipower regulator is used for perfect silicon controlled protection against over-load, short-circuit, false triggering and over-voltage.

●2H slide valve pump and ZJP Roots pump are equipped with highly efficient vacuum air extractor.
