DESCRIPTION
Application：Ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace within 3000°C is particularly used for production of large size C/C graphitized crucible, C/C tube and graphitization of carbon material in lots.
 
Technical Parameters, Specification and Model No.：
●High volume: large size graphitized crucible is made for graphitization of large amount of carbon material; adopt medium-frequency induction heating for rapid temperature rise and high efficiency.
●Low energy consumption and high stability: double layer aluminum oxide block insulation is adopted for the first time in the world, maintaining low energy consumption and good stability, preventing carbon felt and coil being short-circuited. With the design, fire is well controlled with good effect, low heat loss while equipment is well stabilized.
●Electric furnace may be installed for single set of power depending on the sintering process time requirement and a furnace may be energized individually. Temperature rise and drop with power-off in continuous operation.
●Digital flow monitoring system: each water flow is monitored and under protection by power cabinet. Hi-performance medium-frequency contact is used for furnace changeover with comprehensive PLC water, power and air automatic control and protection systems.
