Lower Output Graphitization Furnace

DESCRIPTION

Application：Ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace within 2800°C is particularly used for production of large size bar and graphitized sintering of carbon materials of high density, and feed and discharge of materials is made easy.

Characteristic：Lower output stand graphitization furnace is developed on the basis of upper lid input and output of stand graphitization furnace. The new generation of lower output graphitization furnace applied for carbonization and graphitization of carbon materials; carbon fiber heater stereo graphitization and production of materials to be sintered under carbon environment.

●Temperature rises rapidly and at high efficient and the even temperature is significantly improved with the heating of medium-frequency induction furnace thanks to its unique design of hearth.

●Double layer aluminum oxide block insulation is adopted for the first time in the world, maintaining low energy consumption and good stability, preventing carbon felt and coil being short-circuited.Insulation and fire retardant performance is good, heat loss low and equipment in good stability.

●Stable hydraulic elevation system is adopted in which loading and unloading is completed on ground. With the ground rail and trolley, the discharge and feed is made easy.

●Digital flow monitoring system: each water flow is monitored and under protection by power cabinet. Hi-performance medium-frequency contact is used for furnace changeover with comprehensive PLC water, power and air automatic control and protection systems.
