DESCRIPTION
Application：It is mainly used for degrease and sintering of hard alloy, powder stainless steel, magnetic materials, special ceramics, refractory metal and alloy (tungsten, molybdenum, tungsten copper).
 
Characteristic
●Continuous degrease and sintering are realized in one furnace. Such practice avoids repeated handling, heating and cooling in furnace, improves product quality, shortens production time and increases production efficiency.
●Sintering under low pressure is possible under the protection of argon, nitrogen and gases of original nature and volatilizing loss of element is reduced.
●Directional pressure different air flow degrease intensifies degrease effect, leaving no dead corner of grease in furnace, enabling complete degrease.
●Graphite heating element is used for heating, independent zones are divided for temperature control. Programmable PID regulation is adopted for even and precise control of temperature.
●The specially used degrease seal box and grease trap are free from contamination to inner wall, insulation panel and heating element, degreasing and trapping in more efficient way.
●Inflation control: the inner pressure control device achieves micro-negative constant pressure sintering, restrains metal volatilizing loss and improves tightness and quality of products.
●Precise and reliable man-friendly graphic operation interface (man-machine dialogue touch screen) and analog control panel
