●The digital display intelligent temperature control system is used to complete the temperature measurement and control process automatically and accurately. The system can raise temperature according to the given heating curve, and can store four 40 different heating curves.
●The device has the function of measuring and recording, and can record temperature parameters. The data can be queried and copied to the mobile U disk.
●Taiwanese power regulators are used, and SCR overload, short circuit and wrong trigger, and overvoltage protection are perfected.
●Multichannel data acquisition and display and operation in human-machine interface make the running parameters of the whole machine clear at a glance and easy to operate.
●Furnace body: double-layer water-cooled structure, vacuum can be pumped; vacuum pipeline interface, increase vacuum damage valve, air-filled hole;
●Temperature uniformity: Square cage graphite rod combined heating mode, good temperature uniformity;
●Easy to operate: The furnace body adopts horizontal type, front and rear double doors, convenient loading and unloading, simple operation;
