DESCRIPTION
The furnace is suitable for automatic production of silicon carbide free-pressure (normal pressure) in particular. The furnace design is constant temperature field optimized with one-time moulding agent removal-vacuum sintering and pressure free sintering in furnace. Suitable for many atmospheres inside furnace, it is suitable for production of silicon carbide and silicon nitride. It is featured with simple technique and in-furnace pressure, vacuum and atmosphere can be effectively and precisely controlled. Temperature fields in furnace are well distributed, sintering chamber is reasonably designed. It becomes ultra-temperature sintering equipment both for pressure-free and low vacuum sintering.
 
Application：It is mainly used for permanent magnetic treatment of silicon carbide, ceramic, hard alloy, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum, nickel and cobalt and the vacuum and atmosphere sintering of Smco5, Sm2co17, ferro-aluminum boron, titanium alloy.

●Temperature measurement with hi-precision thermoelectric couple guarantees the measurement precision.
●It is possible to complete temperature measurement in fully automatic and precise manner by using the digitally displayed intelligent temperature control system. The system raises temperature with the given curve and saves four different heating curves for forty sections.
●Using the equipment, it is possible to record measurement tens of thousand times and data is available for examination by referring to historical curves.
●Taipower regulator is imported and used for perfect silicon controlled protection against over-load, short-circuit, false triggering and over-voltage.
●Multiple channels are used for data acquisition with the equipment and man-machine interface is used for display and operation so that the operation parameters are on display, simplifying operation.
●Furnace body: double layer water cooling structure, possible for vacuum extraction; vacuum tube interface is available, vacuum break valve and inflation hole are mounted.
●Well distributed temperature: heating with graphite bar combination well distributes temperature.
●Easy operation: horizontal furnace body, double doors in front and at rear side make unloading and operation easy.
