DESCRIPTION
Application：It is mainly used for permanent magnetic treatment of silicon carbide, ceramic, hard alloy, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum, nickel and cobalt and the vacuum and atmosphere sintering of Smco5, Sm2co17, ferro-aluminum boron, titanium alloy. Electric furnace may be installed for single set of power depending on the sintering process time requirement and a furnace may be energized individually. Temperature rises and drops with power-off in continuous operation.

●Temperature measurement: WRe5/26 thermoelectric couple (0-1700°C) + American made RATEK double colorimetric infrared thermodetector (1000-3200°C); American made RATEK monochrome infrared thermodetector (300-1100°C) + American made RATEK double colorimetric infrared thermodetector (1000-3200°C)
●Multiple channels are used for data acquisition with the equipment and man-machine interface is used for display and operation so that the operation parameters are on display, simplifying operation and reducing labor intensity.
●With data recording and saving performance, the equipment enables transfer of data to mobile memory by examining historical curve.
