DESCRIPTION
Application：The furnace is used for high-temperature sintering of carbon fiber, carbon material, C/C compound, metal powder products, photoelectric elements, hard alloy, magnetic alloy, ceramic powder and other materials and also for dewaxing.
 
Characteristic：
●Even Heating, Reliable Insulation and Temperature Measurement.
●Reasonable heating structure and excellent quality material guarantee the even distributed temperature under vacuum condition.
●Thermometric elements of brands known in China and abroad are used to guarantee precision of measurement.
 
Applicability：
●With single chamber, stand structure and compact layout of equipment, the furnace occupies very small area.
●With advanced automatic control, complete PLC water, power and air automatic control and protection systems, PLC achieves safety interlocking and has ultra-high temperature, sensor break, water pressure and furnace excessive pressure, water flow and excessively high water temperature sound-light alarm performance.
●Saving energy and being environmentally friendly
●Resistor heating within 2000°C is adopted, enabling high precision of temperature control, free from noise, without contamination to power grid and with high utilization rate of electric energy.
●Different thermostat elements are used for automatic shift for low temperature section and high temperature section.
●Natural cooling is adopted for high temperature section, low temperature section is inflated with inert gas, accelerating cooling rate.
