DESCRIPTION
Application：
●Horizontal graphitization furnace is mainly used for graphitization experiment and production of 3000°C carbon materials.
●Applied for graphitization of carbon materials.Carbon fiber heater stereo graphitization and production of materials sintered under other carbon environment. Electric furnace may be installed for single set of power depending on the sintering process time requirement and a furnace may be energized individually. Temperature rise and drop with power-off in continuous operation.

●Furnace body temperature is even：Temperature rises rapidly and at high efficient and the even temperature is significantly improved with the heating of medium-frequency induction furnace thanks to its unique design of hearth.
●Unique design：The first ever induction coil is arch designed, eventually solving horizontal induction furnace insulation and loading problem.
●Double layer aluminum oxide block insulation is adopted for the first time in the world, maintaining low energy consumption and good stability, preventing carbon felt and coil being short-circuited. With the design, fire is well controlled with good effect, low heat loss while equipment is well stabilized.
●Electric furnace may be installed for single set of power depending on the sintering process time requirement and a furnace may be energized individually. Temperature rises and drops with power-off in continuous operation.
●Digital flow monitoring system: each water flow is monitored and under protection by power cabinet. Hi-performance medium-frequency contact is used for furnace changeover with comprehensive PLC water, power and air automatic control and protection systems.
